Movie Review: 2 Cool 2 Be 4gotten

2 Cool 2 Be 4gotten is set in the late 90's in Pampanga a decade after the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo. Highschool sophomore Felix, dusgusted about his poor living conditions, finds an outlet in a journal-writing exercise for his English class.

At first, his journal is peppered with cynical obeservations against his teachers and classmates. But when two half-American students-the Snyder brothers-transfer to his school, he finds himself gravitating toward their mysterious personalitites.

His increased interactions with the brothers slowly unearth desires within Felix which he never confronted before. As he penetrates the private lives of Snyder brothers, he learns that their lives aren't as glamorous as people think. Things spiral out of control when a sinister plot to murder the mother of the Snyder brother arises, leaving death and devastation along its path.

Passionate, curious and wonderfully laid. All of the three leads nailed there character, Khalil Ramos subtle portrayal, Jameson Blake as an effective villain and Ethan Salvador surprising performance as a new actor. Together with its brilliant acting and screenplay, this coming-of-age film has its audience who will truly relates to each of the character. Reminded me somehow of my teenage years.
